For the past 17 years, Ms. Grant continued to work exclusively on the Inmate portfolio for the largest Canadian telephone company introducing and supporting new concepts within the Canadian prison environment including Inmate Debit, Three Way Call Detection, Smart Card, Biometrics and Enhanced Investigative Tools. Wanda is highly focused on creating a high level of customer satisfaction and has created productive relationships with all levels of Corrections staff based on trust and confidence in her problem resolution abilities.
